We are a growing industrial rehabilitation company whose primary focus is treating injured workers while offering clients acute outpatient occupational therapy treatment, work conditioning & hardening, and a CARF-accredited SIMP- Structured Intensive Multidisciplinary Program - for chronic pain management.

We are currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our vibrant, professional, multidisciplinary staff at our Lynnwood, WA location.
The COTA candidate would have a unique opportunity to work in multiple programs while helping clients move forward towards their goals of returning to work and improving their quality of life.
The ideal candidate would possess a background in outpatient orthopedics and an interest in collaborating with supervising occupational therapists as well as other disciplines, such as PT, vocational rehabilitation, and psychological services.

This candidate should be skilled at open, honest and constructive communication while being self-confident in a positive, compassionate and caring way.
The candidate should also have a solid clinical background in OT treatment involving active (rather than passive) pain management strategies, graded activity/exercise exposure, and ability to empower the client to be an active contributor to her/his recovery. An important quality to being successful in this position would be to also possess a strong interest in learning about a variety of jobs and their functional demands, as work simulation is a significant portion of occupational therapy treatment within this clinical setting.
