Northwest Health is seeking an ACU RN who will collaborate with other staff while creating a lasting impact on our patients. Do you have what it takes?

You will deliver great patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
You will be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices
You will work with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery while achieving desired patient outcomes
You will be required to properly assess, observe, and monitor for signs or symptoms in your patients
You will report to the ICU Director Our Values







Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program (BSN/ASN)
Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice Act
Current BLS from the American Heart Association
Current ACLS and PALS acquired within the first 90 days of employment Role Desirables

Prior experience as an RN in the ICU
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
