Crossroads Programs, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides basic needs, education access, job and life skills training, and mental health therapy to children and youth in our family-like residential programs. Over the years, Crossroads? expertise and continuum of services for children and youth who are homeless, at-risk, or part of the child welfare system have expanded to include a comprehensive network of residential and community-based programs that have resulted in improved outcomes and enhanced futures for the thousands of kids and families. We are currently recruiting for the following positions for our program in Ewing, NJ:

PROGRAM DIRECTOR
The Program Director provides leadership and daily management of the program including program philosophy & approach, clinical outcomes, staff supervision, service productivity, budgeting, licensing compliance and community networking.
Qualifications:
Master?s degree in social work/human services, with appropriate clinical licensure preferred and three years of experience with at-risk families and youth. Additionally, at least one year of
management/supervisory experience in working with youth in an out of home treatment setting.

STABILIZATION & ASSESSMENT PROGRAM THERAPIST (SAP)
The Stabilization & Assessment Therapist provides emotional stability and healthy childhood development through therapeutic and
related services as well as providing individual and family psychotherapy for youth ages 5 to 12 years of age and their families;
Documents accurately and effectively all clinical services provided.

Qualifications:
Master?s degree and licensed as an LCSW or LPC; minimum of 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting with children and adolescents with multiple system involvement and ability to treat a wide range of behavioral problems, emotional issues
neurodevelopmental clinical disorders.

PROGRAM TRANSITION SPECIALIST
The Program Transition Specialist provides on-site family psycho educational activities as they relate to the comprehensive treatment
and discharge plans; Collaborates with system partners including CMO and DCP&P and has knowledge of system of care, procedures
and resources as needed. The Transition Specialist conducts family orientations reviews all required paperwork for admissions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree with 3-5 years relevant experience or an unlicensed Master?s level practitioner with 1-year relevant experience.

PROGRAM NURSE-HEALTH EDUCATOR
The Program Nurse is responsible for the overall physical condition of the children in the Program under the direction of the medical director or psychiatrist and incorporates findings into treatment plans; S/He also provides education and support to staff on administering of medications and implements quality assurance programs.
Qualifications:
New Jersey registered nursing license and 1-year direct care nursing experience with children.

ALLIED THERAPIST
The Allied Therapist provides individual and group therapies (music, art, movement, recreation, occupational, vocational and combinations thereof) and other services activities to assigned children. Develops activities that are based on cognitive and emotional needs of the child and provides identified outcome measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Allied Therapy, Psychology or related field and a minimum of 1 year experience working with children served.

YOUTH SUPPORT WORKER/SPECIALIST

Under the direction of the assigned manager/supervisor, the youth support worker provides direct care to children with behavioral
health challenges; provides continual monitoring and supervision of children, attending treatment team 2 meetings and ensuring daily data collection. S/He assists with the implementation and monitoring of treatment plan goals as well as instruction of daily living activities. The Youth Support Worker assists with other daily activities including but not limited transportation, recreation, childcare services, emotional needs and special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor?s level practitioner (Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or Counseling) or High school graduate with 3-5 years of experience providing direct care to children with behavioral health challenges. S/He must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional requirements: ability to engage and empower children by listening, supporting and giving choices and being a positive role model. Must possess a valid driver?s license and respect cultural and human diversity.
