Physical Therapist

Puget Sound Physical Therapy - Olympia, Washington
Puget Sound Physical Therapy is a growing company looking for a qualified physical therapist-+ to assist with our continued growth. We offer competitive salaries, flexible scheduling, generous continuing education assistance, and, above all else, a work environment that will allow you to practice physical therapy the way you know it should be done. Many companies will offer you profit sharing, but a large portion of the revenue you generate is going towards the salary of billing staff, a marketing department, human resources, business managers, IT support, supervisors?etc.
Essentially before your ?profit? is being calculated, your revenue first has to feed the big corporate machine.
That will not be the case here at Puget Sound Physical Therapy.
We decided to build our company without all the excessive expenses.
The revenue generated will only go to the necessary overhead costs and then be used to reimburse the employees who directly work with our patients. That leads to a transparent and direct correlation between the patients you treat, and the profits that are shared with you. The founding of Puget Sound Physical Therapy was fueled by the need to put pride back into the process of delivering patient care.
This isn?t just a lip service to disguise a numbers-driven business model.
You won?t be asked to cram as many patients into a work week as possible. You won?t be working with aides, techs, ?exercise specialists?, or any other care extender.
You will be able work one-on-one with your patients every single treatment, every single day. This provides the time, the space, and the focus needed to really evaluate each patient every time they walk through the door, and between interventions.
You know, the way we were all taught to treat our patients in school. Did you spend your time, money, and energy to become a physical therapist just so you could work 50+ hours per week, juggle patients and care extenders, cram a week full of patients, be buried in paperwork, and get so burnt out that you are going to work every day and mindlessly going through the same motions? If not, then please send us your CV or respond to this posting.
