Position Requirements:
Minimum of four (4) years psychiatric nursing experience required
Five (5) years progressive clinical and management experience required
Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills
Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management??
Evidence of ability to provide exceptional clinical and administrative nursing leadership
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited program required
Master?s degree is preferred or/as required by State Regulatory Agencies

License/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Ohio
Certification in specialty within two years
Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in psychiatric and mental health nursing preferred
