and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician?s

Our physician is
Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and
Obstetrics & Gynecology. SRMS is non-discriminatory caring for patients
for without regard to race, religion, marital status or sexual orientation. The position is highly collaborative in nature while simultaneously
offering the skilled ARNP/PA a tremendous level of clinical autonomy.
Clinical research is also available. Our multidisciplinary approach is based upon
evidence-based care. SPECIFIC
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Obtain detailed medical histories, review medical





records and perform appropriate physical exams.

Perform a thorough infertility evaluation, routine





gynecological exams, endometrial biopsies, and interpretation of laboratory





values.

Perform sonohysterograms and transvaginal





ultrasonography (training available if not already skilled).

Intra-Uterine Inseminations (IUI?s).

Preparation of patients undergoing In Vitro





Fertilization (IVF) and assist in monitoring of the stimulation cycles.

Evaluate women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, chronic





pelvic pain, endometriosis, menopausal care, various gynecological





disorders while also implementing appropriate therapy.

Monitor established pregnancies via ultrasound and





laboratory values through the first trimester.

Supervise clinical staff, implement organizational





systems, oversee personnel scheduling and other issues.

Perform role of liaison for clinical staff and





supervising physician to ensure quality medical care and address issues





for improvement.

Provide patient counseling and education on pertinent





health issues.

Assist IVF Coordinator with ART Coordination, Third





Party Reproduction (egg, sperm and embryo donation), Case Management and





SART data entry.

Assist with OSHA/quality assurance & safety





director work.

Participate in Florida Board of Medicine Inspections:





Responsible for organizing all documentation and meeting with





Inspector(s).

OSHA/HIPAA training of new hires with annual training





of all staff.

Assist with FDA on-site visits: Responsible for





organizing all documentation and meeting with Inspector(s).

Share call with the physician including weekends and





holidays. Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.

Provide follow up in a timely manner, including





returning phone calls, voice mail and email requests.

Interacts with patients and significant others in a





customer-focused manner.
