Director of Clinical Services
Inpatient Facility
Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available!
Provider of senior health services in a variety of setting including home, rehabilitation, independent and assisted living communities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision and direction for all clinical services for the licensed entity
Oversees new clinical employees to assure they meet clinical requirements, assure annual evaluations occur
Monitors the utilization and staffing of patient care through the Case Manager
Assures that quality and safe care is being performed with standards of clinical practice and industry/company
Four or more years of experience in responsible middle management

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum of two years of home health care management experince
